The cashier that checked me out was not respecting the oil service amount that was offered for 99.99 when I scheduled the appointment.The cashier was over charging and not respecting the quote.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Glendora Chevrolet Service.
I brought my vehicle in on May 22 for routine maintenance, including an oil change, and picked it up on May 23. Shortly after leaving, while getting a car wash, my "Check Oil Level" warning light came on. Concerned, I immediately returned to the service department. They checked the oil, told me there was enough oil in the vehicle, and sent me on my way without really addressing why the warning light appeared. I was simply told to come back if the light was still on by Tuesday.

Took my car for oil change, recall, and low battery. Everything was taken care of. Been going there for 11 years now.
Car was repaired in a timely manner and at a great price. Omar delivered on his promise to complete the repair on time.
Our service representative was very awesome. He helped us. He was very thorough. He did a good job. He walked us around and gave us a tour of the facilities and the service station and the finance that lady was cooler than a fan on high!!!

Came to Glendora Chevrolet to get my oil changed. I had an appointment and when I got there they said they didn’t think they had someone there that can do the job. Then they changed their minds and said they did. When I came to pick up my vehicle they said they didn’t rotate the tires because of the age of the tires. My 2021 3.0 diesel has been in there numerous times you guys can never fix the problem missions to this time needing a catalytic converter. Hopefully the Lemon law system helps. Also, you guys not disclosing my car was eaten by rats when delivered maybe not helped either. Maybe you guys can help with the Lemon law and call Chevy.

The three people I worked with were professional, attentive and solved my problems. I wanted a specific color. One came in and Arron called me. I went out the next day. He spent time with me. Knew the truck and answered my questions. And, he held it for me until the financing got set. Mo worked on getting the financing in a way that worked for me. Maribel explained the paperwork to me, fast and efficient. Got a price reduction on the service contract that reflected my low mileage on cars. Truck was ready on time.
I had a 4:00 PM appointment for an oil change and arrived early at 3:45 PM. I was told it would take about an hour and a half, but by 6:30 I still hadn’t received a phone call. Omar is as very nice and helpful and kept me updated on my car repairs and when I should be able to go home with my car.
Very slow. Even with scheduled visit they still had truck over 8 hrs. Missed work because of that was only planning on 3 hrs for the oil change. They did t even wash my truck. Didn’t update oil change sticker. Very disappointed.
They were very helpful drop off my truck earlier in the morning they informed me that there working on the truck by mid morning I received a call from the dealership in early afternoon truck was ready so they kept me updated nice work

Charged over $1300 to my ext warranty company w/o fixing the main problem. Truck was dropped for an 8:30 appointment and when I hadn't heard anything by 4:30, I called to check on it. I was contacted my the dealership to schedule an appointment for an airbag recall on my GMC Acadia. Service center had plenty of appointments available, assessed my vehicle promptly, gave an estimate that turned out to be very accurate, provided a shuttle service to/from the dealership, and completed the work more quickly than the estimated time. Rolando provided great customer care.
Staff was friendly, made recommendations but didn't force them. Service time estimate was right on point.

Omar was my service advisor. He was very courteous and pleasant to work with. I had the tires aligned on my corvette. I needed to change my oil and filter, but the cost was very high. I can save a $100. going to Orange County. Also, I was charged a 3% credit card fee. Although It was disclosed in hand writing on their paper work, it was not written on my copies. I would have paid cash if I was verbally told this.

Every time I bring my Silverado 2500 to Glendora Chevrolet, Omar Solis is there as my advisor. He never has the day off! Give that guy a raise, he does a phenomenal job at what he does and hasn't steered me wrong yet. I appreciate his advice as he is clearly knowledgeable about the Silverado 2500 truck and towing trailers with it. If Omar were to leave, I would seriously consider taking my vehicle somewhere else for maintenance.

I purchased my truck there and that process was great. I have taken my truck for service there about once a year, I don’t drive it much. In the past, I’ve had issues with the service department. This time however was the best. I didn’t have an appointment and Rolando checked and I was able to wait for it.
