I had a minor problem with my 2014 Chevrolet Impala LTZ,the speaker cover on the dashboard,had popped up on one side. Glendora Chevrolet ordered a new cover and called me when the part came in. I dropped off the car on Saturday at 9:30 am and told my service rep that because I did not make an appointment I would understand if they were not able to get to it until Monday. Much to my suprise they called me at 12:noon and told me my car was ready. I was even more suprised when I got there and saw that they had washed my car and did a complete diagnostics check! They are the best!

I broght my vehicle in for an engine issue. The oil pan was leaking. Thie issue was resolved after 2 days. I was a bit frustrated because I was not kept up to date of the progress of the work that was being done. I had to call numerous times over a 2 day period to recieve answers. I was not informed that the vehicle was going to take more than a day to fix until approx 6 pm on day one. I had to make arrangments for transportation on day 2 and wasn't informed that the vehicle would be ready until eventing on day 2. I understand that often times the work on vehicles can be complicated but it shouldn't take a customer multiple phone calls to get an update. Communication is key to keeping customers happy and loyal.

I had my 2013 Equinox towed in for the 3rd time in less than 20,000 for the same problem. After keeping my car for 19 days it is "fixed" but they're not sure of the problem and why it has quit 3 times the exact same way. I had to argue to have my car delivered back to Northern California, I had to follow up numerous times with GM central office (I have detailed notes of all the calls I made) and I was promised a call 7 days ago to discuss the compensation GM would provide for me being without my "new" car for 2 months of the 10 I've owned it plus the 4 vacation days and a rental car I had the second time the car died. I'm still waiting on the promised call from "Cindy." So in my book, even though my deceased husband and I have owned nothing but chevy's in the past 30 years (we've owned about 10) I'm just about done with Chevy. I've called, I've been understanding, I've been inconvenienced and all I'm asking for is some compensation and for Chevy to do what is says it will. I know, a lot to ask for someone to return a call when they promised to do so. To say the least I am disappointed. I gave 2 stars on how you did simply because the service department was polite. Not efficient nor effective, but polite.

I purchased my 2003 Envoy at Rio Rancho,Pomona. I was with them until the family business closed. Reynolds was the next closest GMC dealer. when Dorian came on board I was thrilled. I knew I'd get the best service and vehicle advice possible. when Dorain left Reynolds and went to Glendora Chevrolet there was no doubt in my mind that I would not follow him to his new 'home'. Glendora Chevrolet already had a stellar reputation, with the addition of Dorian to the service staff........ it was a perfect match. as long as I own a GMC product, regardless of devision, and Glendora Chevrolet is in business and continues to provide the above average customer service I will continue to bring my Envoy (or any future GMC product) to Glendora Chevrolet. Brought in my 2011 Cruz LTZ for a recall and the water pump needed to be replaced. The services were done in one day. I'm always impressed with the quality services rendered and the friendly staff.

I brought my 2013 equinox in for its first scheduled maintance. Customer service came out right away. He informed me it would be about 2 hours. I waited at the dealership. My car was ready in less than the time I was told. All and all everything was great.
