Worst service experience. Avoid this service department at all costs or it may end up costing you money in further repairs needed once they do absolutely nothing with your vehicle and you incur excessive downtime. They only seem to know how to look for codes and can't diagnose a vehicle like a genuine mechanic can. Yet, they seem to charge a steep price for their attempt at "diagnosis". My husband had an appointment at 2:30 on Monday, October 18th for service on his Silverado. After arriving and going inside he advised he had an appointment. The employee told him to wait by his truck. No one came up to him for 25 minutes. Michael was his contact but neither him or the female employee working at the time bothered to even acknowledge him. We were told Mobile One oil would be used, it was not. We also had two oil changes done with two vehicles that should have been the same price. The invoicing is not clear and has different misc charges on each. We were charged a line item for tire rotation of $25 in which we did not authorize or want. Vehicle was left at service to be checked for a noise problem and had 3/4 tank of gas. Next day, I was told that they had driven over 90 miles and found no problem! The service department has changed. For over 12 years had our car serviced at this dealership and they provided good recommendations, service and cost. A few weeks ago brought the car in to have oil changed and check oil gauge erratic movement and a/c not working. My original commentary on this dealership still stands as is, however I now have an update. I bought the GM protection plan extended what ever their highest warranty that GM protection plan offers and at time of purchase I was advised that the warranty would not be active for 30 days as there is a delay from when they send it to GM and when GM applies it to the VIN.
