I have a 2020 Silverado.
I had a bad stereo and took it in and told them to replace the entire stereo. Only the display was replaced for about $1100. The display still kept shutting off every hour like it did before I took it in. The service adviser then said it must be the other part under the dash which was an additional $1,800. Oscar, my service advisor, was professional and provided good customer service. However, I’m giving my overall experience 3 stars because I brought my Camaro in for an oil change and tire rotation, and upon inspecting the vehicle afterward, I discovered that the tire rotation had not been performed.
I know this because I had previously repaired and marked the location of one of my wheels, and the wheels were still in the exact same positions after the service.

You usually do a great job with service but this time you were a total let down and di not followup on how you did. We took our car in for touch door lock issues. This was not fixed and is worse now after your alleged help. You left a cable hanging under the dash on the drivers side. Try failed to fix the squeaky braked we keep reporting.
I don't live in the area but they had the vehicle I wanted in stock. Andy and Chris made sure I was happy and taken care of and to make the sale happen.

Fast initial check in , Mr Omar Solís ,makes this process easy . He then tells you of any mileage maintenance or up coming maintenance . Then either wait for your vehicle or get a ride to a destination, very clean dealership , coffee or hot chocolate available, 4th time visit , oil changes , calm environment , depending on work assignments, ahead of you 1 to 3 hour waiting time .
Brand new car that has had multiple technical and cosmetic issues. Car isn't even a year old and and its been taken in 8 times. My concerns are written off as "normal", when a brand new vehicles windows, console, and rear view mirror should not be rattling or needing replaced.
BEWARE of this Dealership. They will forge your documents and fund auto loans under forgery. I told the owner and GM and they both said they would investigate it. I have proof of this. They did nothing. Believe me, i will get to the bottom of this. Including elderly abuse regarding my Mom. People stay away from this Dealership.

Rolando has been amazing to work with, regardless of the issues and concerns with the vehicle and technicians, Rolando remained focused on the task at hand. Service advisor Rolando should not be impacted by review. Rolando did his best to alleviate, coordinate and hold his end of the bargain, thank you for the great service & work ethic Rolando. However, mechanics 0.00 %, I cannot trust this department, manipulating mileage of corvette in-out was discovered by me & when asked both technicians they lied to me in my face, could not keep stories right, changed their stories with the service advisor. Trust is an issue here- no trust not looking forward to bringing my C8 back.

I had a great experience but I am a little disappointed in the fact that I had to have the AVAS system remain on the truck I purchased. I don’t like how they force you to purchase this for $2,000
I have never experienced such horrible customer service from management to your advisors to your employees. It’s a disgrace the way your team members treat customers without your customers you wouldn’t have a company I think all of your managers and your advisors need customer service training.

Glendora Chevrolet service is awesome! They have serviced my 2006 Chevy Silverado duramax and this time was my 2023 Tahoe. Omar, the service writer is friendly, knowledgeable and low keyed. No hard repair sales pushed. They offer shuttle rides when you have to leave your vehicle. In my experience, it won’t be long! They service my vehicles promptly! I highly recommend them for professional, complete service.
My front brake pads level dropped from 78% to 0% in 3 days, I changed the pads here not long ago,they said it’s not their problem, I wanted to talk to service manager in person but he didn’t even showed up.shame on them.

We took it for brakes which were done the service was done. as far as a warranty item I have to leave my car so they can SEE if it’s approved under the warranty I PAID for electronics. Why would I leave my car there to see if it’s approved with no complimentary truck provided. I had got my truck back on a Friday while I’m on the freeway I notice a warning for servicing tire system why would they allow me to leave knowing I just got all this work done on my truck Engine mounts coolant valve co2 sensors and couldn’t let me know hey would you like us to fix this as well so now I gotta waist more time another day stopping by the mechanic shop

Even though they were busy they acknowledged me on my arrival and worked their fastest to get my car checked in. Also provided a shuttle which is really convenient.

i never got a call or text that my car was ready. i had to call the service dept a few times and nobody seemed to know anything. i reached out to my salesman to get an update, he was the one who was able to let me know my vehicle was ready.
The initial oil change and service was fine. What I didn’t like was the response I got when I showed the service tech that my doors and truck bed lines was not straight at all. I showed him the passenger side which is perfect.. his response was that this is within GM specs and basically that’s the way it is. I was surprised at that.. this is my first GM / Chevrolet product. It's a wonderful dealership but the service department takes soooo long just to do an oil service. I brought my car in at 10:00 and didn't pick it up until 3:30. I don't know if they were short staffed or overbooked. But all the staff were great and attentive to your needs.

The salespeople were great. Upper management awful. Made us an offer for a higher-end vehicle to consider instead of the one we originally wanted. We decided to accept the offer for the higher-end vehicle. Then they backed out and said they couldn't do it. We ended up getting the vehicle we had originally planned on but I almost walked out after they tried to get us to go for a pricier vehicle and then backed out of their own deal.

Brought in my truck for a recall and check engine light. Completed the recall and didn’t not initially address the engine light issue. My truck then sat in the lot for a few more days since the service writer thought I was coming in to pick it up. The miscommunication was understandable. Service for oil change is expensive. Made appointment for 10:30 but car was not ready until 2:30. When asked why we made an appointment, we were advised we should have been in 30 minuets sooner as other walk ins showed up....again, why make an appointment? Can go to a Jiffy Lube for less money and time.

They didn’t rotate my tires like they said, I have a sensor that’s out so I know exactly that they didn’t do that. Would never recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle and definitely not for repairs. Poor work ethic
